Look Who's Growing!!

This may not mean much to you but it's a big deal in our house! If you've ever spent time with Jake, you know he's a very picky eater (from this father, not me) so when he eats every vegetable on his plate, that's reason enough to celebrate!! I think he's about to hit another huge growth spurt-last time he grew an inch in less than a month. Right now, all Jake does is eat and sleep so that lets me know that I will soon be re-stocking his wardrobe! Count that-that would be twice this summer that he will outgrow all of his clothes!!

Yes, he's still the tallest in his class...but also the cutest!

Our favorite foods right now: Macaroni, green beans, chicken nuggets, hash browns, bananas, pineapple, and almost anything that can be disguised with lemon pepper.

Dear Mamaw Romie,

Thank you so much for the card! I love getting mail! After church on Sunday, Mama and Daddy took me to Wal-Mart to buy something with half of my money. I got a Decepticon Transformer! Thank you again and I love you!

Mix and Match Post

We had a nice, quiet weekend at home. It rained a lot but we did get in some beach and pool time. For your useless information, our dog LOVES the ocean! She was jumping and skipping around like she'd been there all of her life!

Saturday night, Jeremy took us to PF Chang's for a yummy dinner. Below is my boy posing with the horse!

Thank you so much for the package of goodies! Bumblebee has not left Jake's fingers since he opened it!

We love our art pictures and have them hanging on the refrigerator along with my new special magnet (ask Jeremy-I cried *happy tears* when I opened the magnet!).

And finally, welcome home Patty and Roger! They are one of extended families we have adopted ourselves into since moving to Florida and we are so happy they're home from their trip. We missed you!

He's a Swimmer!

Better late than never! Jake graduated from Starfish Swim School last week! He was swimming before this but now is a little more advanced. This child is not afraid of any kind of water!

4th 'o July Fun!

The Greer Family had an exciting and action packed 4th of July weekend! We finished swim school (more on that later), painted pottery, played games with friends, went to cook-outs, rode the Mayport ferry, watched fireworks over the Atlantic Ocean (we could see all the way to Brunswick, GA!), and vegged out all day at home. Needless to say, we need a vacation from our holiday!
