By the way, he finished his very first chapter book all by himself! He read every single page without his Mama's help!

My Girl.

My Girl is growing up.

She loves her boys and dog (and mother, of course) more than anyone else in the world.

She's going to be a good mama some day.

And she'll always be our little Entertainer.

Little Sister recently had her 18 month check-up (at 19 months, I know):

Weight: 24 lbs (75% percentile)

Height: 32 1/4 inches (50th percentile)

Favorite Words/Phrases:

'Allo Gov'ner!'

'Go Jake'

'Night baby'

'I sleepy'

She can say her name and her friends names

She tells us to 'sh sh sh' (be quiet)

Counts to 10

Dress/Undress herself (usually in public places)

Knows exactly what she does and does not want to eat

Loves her grocery buggy

Puts all her 'babies' to bed on the floor using my dish towels-she prefers those over her baby blankets

Blows kisses

Tells us 'stink stink' when she uses the bathroom

Very, very independent!

Lately.

So blogging is not my top priority at the moment, but I try.

Monkey recently participated in his Boy Scouts Pinewood Derby Race-it was definitely a trial run for us! We didn't realize how serious this was but know what to do next year!

Little Sister repeats everything! And does everything that her brother and parents do!
